“Originating in Germany, we have produced Australia’s first beer liqueur.
A locally brewed, humble English Brown Ale from the New England Brewing Co. in Uralla NSW, is the key ingredient for this delicious aperitif. Flavours are light caramel with a dash of lemon finishing off with the gentlest of ale aromas on the back palate. Enjoy on its own with ice & lemon wedge. For the ultimate indulgence, float a dollop of cream on top of 60ml in a glass by the fire!
