"Our Lavender Sugar is made with granulated sugar, a small amount of ground lavender flowers and whole lavender flowers.
Lavender sugar is a wonderful coating for Lavender Madeleines or shortbread, delicious stirred into teas, sprinkled over fruit, whipped into cream, mixed into biscuits, cakes or muffins.
It gives a subtle floral lavender flavour which pairs well with chocolate and citrus recipes such as Chocolate Lavender Brownies or Lemon Lavender Cupcakes.
My favourite recipe is Donna Hay’s Lavender Spiced Honey Madeleines 💜"
