Not your average Savy B! Fermenting on skins for 21 days has given this wine a lovely texture while maintaining its varietal vibrancy. Fresh tropical fruits and a lovely mouthfeel pairs well with some cheese or seafood on a sunny afternoon." 

About the maker :

"Originally a stonemason, I - Kyle Goodwin moved into the wine industry in 2012. After 8 years of wine retail in Byron Bay, my partner Sera and I relocated to Tenterfield, where I would find myself being mentored in the ways of winemaking and following a new path where my passion for minimal intervention wine could grow. 2 years later Knucklehead Wines was born. A project of art, wine and good times. We strive to make wines of the highest quality while also thinking outside the box. Having fun with extended skin contact, clay Amphora and Pet Nat! The wines are produced here in the Granite Belt region of Queensland, Australia.

We want our wines to be enjoyed with laughter, good food and good times!"
