Comfrey balms have been used to heal bruises as well as pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains, burns, osteoarthritis, gout, diarrhoea, menstrual pain and more. 

The root and leaves of the comfrey plant have been used in traditional medicine for over 2,000 years throughout Europe, North America and Asia where it remains a staple for the medicine cabinet.

Our comfrey balm is made on our small farm with completely natural ingredients and boasts a rich colour and moisturising content with a light, earthy scent.

Directions:

Our comfrey balm is a rich concentrate so you only need a little for it to start taking effect. 

We recommend the balm be applied each night before bed. Results can be immediate for some and up to 2 months for others. Consistency is key, this is one of natures most powerful ways to combat inflammation.
