Nose: Delicate and fragrant, with soft malt, honeyed barley and hints of fresh orchard fruit. A whisper of vanilla and gentle oak adds warmth without disturbing its light, graceful character.

Palate: Silky and approachable, with sweet malt, pear, green apple and a touch of vanilla cream. There’s a gentle biscuit note and the faintest flicker of spice as it opens.

Finish: Clean, soft and quietly warming, with lingering honey, sweet barley and a delicate kiss of oak."
