"This is a jar of Australian Black Garlic Paste which has been made from the black garlic cloves. It can be used in place of black garlic cloves.
It is convenient for cooks and chefs for adding to their recipes. It will last two years in the jar,
When used as a condiment, placed in stews or ramen, rub on any meat or mixed with vegetables it enhances the flavour. It is very good with lamb."
