Made from Meyer Lemons grown at Demlane Farm on the Dorrigo Plateau, preserved in their own juice with Australian sea salt. Perfect finely chopped and added to cous cous, salad and casseroles.
Ingredients : lemons (80%), lemon juice, salt, peppercorns, cloves, bay leaf.
