Handcrafted using traditional methods, un-filtered and un-pasteurised, these vinegars are made from natural ingredients that pass through traditional fermentation processes and are aged to produce flavoursome vinegars. There are no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours added during the process.
Store in a cool place away from sunlight
Once opened, sediment known as 'the mother' may form. This is an indication that the vinegar has been fermented using traditional techniques. Opened bottles do not need refrigeration. Recommend use within 12 months of opening.
