Premium Organic Masala Chai

Brewing Methods :

Stove-Top Chai (Recommended)

Grab a small stove-top pot. Turkish coffee pots or sauce pots are perfect. 

• Place two heaped teaspoons of Sun Chai into the pot along with 1 cup of water and bring to a low simmer for 3 minutes. 

• Pour in a cup of your preferred milk, add honey and allow to heat. 

• Strain and enjoy!

Teapot Chai

Place 2 tablespoons of chai directly into a teapot and cover with boiling hot water. Allow to steep for 3 minutes. 

• Heat 2 cups of your preferred milk and add to teapot, along with a tablespoon of honey. 

• Strain into teacups and enjoy!

Cold Brew

Place 2 heaped teaspoons of Sun Chai into a heat-proof pot and cover with hot water straight out of the kettle. Allow to steep for 3 minutes. 

• Stir in a teaspoon or two of honey.

• Place a good amount of ice into a tall glass or jug. 

• Strain chai directly over ice.

• Top up with ice cold water

• Garnish with fresh orange peel/mint
