"The Welder’s Dog Farmhouse Ginger Beer is a local favourite for good reason! Naturally fermented, not too sweet and containing just the right amount of the gingery spice kick, this delicious beverage is perfect all year round. Taste and see!
We use 90kg’s of fresh Aussie ginger in every 2000L batch which makes it borderline good for you??? Super low sugar, little bit of hops and fermented out with a champagne yeast. Simple and super refreshing over ice with a smidge of lime.
If you love your ginger beer with fake ginger syrup and enough sugar to make your teeth furry this little traditional ginger ain’t for you.
