“My book was inspired by my PhD research over the last six years which focused on developing and implementing conservation strategies for the endangered Bell's turtle - a freshwater turtle that is only found in the western flowing waterways of the New England tablelands. I wrote, illustrated and published the book myself and it was such an enjoyable project!”
